Free pre-year end tax planning consultation

Each year tax planning opportunities present themselves and we are keen to ensure that our clients take advantage of and benefit from the most tax efficient planning. After a short meeting we can identify ways in which you can pay less tax and our clients find that time invested in this activity can reap valuable rewards.

Free first year self assessment return

In order to give your business the best start possible we have devised our start up service to ensure initial costs are minimised. We will provide your first year’s self assessment tax return for free (saving you at least £175). All individuals involved in a business (whether as a sole trader, partner or director/shareholder) are required to submit a self-assessment return, to declare their earnings and tax liability annually to HMRC.

Free first  year budget with Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

We will compile a projection for your first period of trade, based on the information that you supply, resulting in a projected Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Forecast. This information will be a necessity when benchmarking the performance and growth of your startup, as well as a requirement when approaching any bank or institution for finance.

Free database of up to 50 names and addresses on Excel

After our initial meeting we will also supply you with information on 50 relevant names and addresses, these could either be for prospects in your area or details of your local competitors, giving you a standing start in the marketplace.

Limited Company formation with company secretarial service in first twelve months - £50

This includes the formation of a new company including Memorandum and Articles of association (a legal requirement) as well as the completion and filing of your annual return (note - there is a disbursement payable in advance of £15 from companies house in respect of filing fees).

Sage Instant Accounts program at cost plus free installation and 1 hours training - £95

Sage Instant Accounts is easy-to-use accounting software designed to make managing your money, VAT and invoicing as quick and easy as possible. You’ll have all the information you need to manage your business at your fingertips. As Sage Business Partners we are able to pass on our substantial discount against a RRP of £115.

We are also offering both free installation and one hours training to our start-up clients. All training is provided by one of our Sage Accredited team.

Web domain name registration with twelve months website and e-mail hosting- £10

A domain name (like www.bennettbrooks.co.uk) is a must have for all new businesses, protecting your identity and providing you with a home online to receive e-mail and communicate with your clients and prospects.

Our e-mail service is accessible wherever you are via the internet, via your blackberry or smartphone and via Microsoft Outlook.

Also included with our e-mail service is some webspace, to host your online presence.
 

Website design including a home page, a products / services page and a contact page - £100

Our low cost start-up websites are a great way to identify with your potential new customers, giving them somewhere to visit with just enough information to ask you for more.

We include a home page, a page about your products and services, as well as a page on which your clients can contact you electronically.


What it'll cost you...

The matrix below gives an indication of our fixed price service for your business but we will of course tailor our services to meet your specific needs, for example if your business only requires a self assessment return our fees will be significantly reduced. Fees are payable by monthly standing order.

These costs include our time in preparing your financial statements, your business tax computations and the self assessment return for the director/business principal as well as the supporting advice and guidance that goes with this information.
